Nomination Rules
The nominee must meet all the required criteria, submit the necessary documents within the specified period, and adhere to the evaluation procedures to ensure the best selection according to the approved standards.
The research must be about Saudi society.
The nominee must adhere to the announced award category, its conditions, and application deadlines.
The work cannot be nominated for more than one award category.
The work must be submitted in Arabic, but works written in other languages are also accepted.
The work must be published in a peer-reviewed journal.
The work must not have been published more than five years ago.
The submitted work must not have received a monetary or honorary award of the same level or higher.
The nominated research must not belong to any of the award's staff or center members.
The award committee has the right to withdraw the award if a breach of research ethics is proven. The person from whom the award is withdrawn is not eligible to reapply, either individually or as part of a group.
The applicant or the entity nominating the work must sign a declaration of the accuracy of all the information provided in the nomination form, including intellectual property.
Entities authorized to nominate may not nominate more than one research work in each award category.
