The National Center for Social Studies and Research signed a memorandum of understanding with the Specialized Sub-Council for Orphan Associations, aiming to provide guidance and therapeutic consultations and to identify the factors affecting the quality of life of orphans.

In detail, the memorandum included several key provisions, most notably: exchanging information and data of mutual interest while maintaining privacy and intellectual property rights; organizing workshops and training on relevant societal topics for both parties; providing guidance and therapeutic consultations in the field of orphan care as agreed upon by both parties; contributing to identifying the factors that affect the quality of life of orphans and how to address them; and achieving integration of health, social, and psychological services in the field of orphan care through activating relevant scientific research between the two parties.
